Backdrop of the Project - Tomorrow's Foundation is a non-governmental development organization committed to the all-round development of children. They support children from the most underprivileged backgrounds to become self-reliant and enjoy their right to a dignified life. All our children are supported until they complete their education (in some cases courses like engineering and medical) and placed in a suitable job.

Industry / Domain - Non-Governmental organization (NGO)

Client Wish - They wanted a simple system that can manage the fund received from the donors and then the fund utilization part of it. The funds received from various donors were then used in various projects (based on the Budget approved) The frequency of budgeting can be monthly / bi-monthly / half-yearly / Qly and annually.

Silicon Systems Solutions - Team from Silicon Systems analysed their requirements, configured the fund and utilization management, budget models (5 Budget Models), Fund utilization reporting across all projects,  Project-wise budget reporting (excess or deficit), Payroll implementation including PF, ESI, Income Tax etc. The entire implementation from Silicon was based on 'ZERO CUSTOMIZATION' on Tally.ERP 9

Backdrop of the Project - Graphic Enterprises is an eminent print distributor in Eastern India with over five decades of experience. We have a wide range of products that include digital printing products, printing raw materials, and other high-end next generation printing solutions delivered through a network of trained professionals. They are distributors for EPSON, CANON range of printers. 

Industry / Domain - Print Distributor

Client Wish - Being a distributor, they wanted a system that can manage their varied inventory from range of printer models to media and accessories. They also wanted to manage geographies they serve with respect to professional printing, corporate houses, photography units, signage, and design houses. They wanted to tag and mange sales & purchase from a single system. The current system they used to manage did not provide a proper Inventory management solution and payroll system.

Silicon Systems Solutions - Team from Silicon Systems analysed their requirements, configured the Tally.ERP 9 system with respect to their requirement. Configured the Sales Ordering, Challan (delivery Note), Inventory setup is configured basis the product hierarchy.  Payroll was also implemented including PF, ESI, Income Tax etc. The entire implementation from Silicon was based on 'ZERO CUSTOMIZATION' on Tally.ERP 9

Backdrop of the Project - 'NIS' - National Investigation and Security, they have successfully developed the concept of Integrated Security Solution that offers comprehensive solutions of security issues. They had added Facility Management in their portfolio and succeeded through perseverance and uncompromising service. The company is into delivering services on Facility Management for all major corporate across India. They had been using Tally.ERP for years together. They have 10+ branches across India including 2 operation offices.

Client Wish -They wanted to do modular implementation in Tally.ERP 9. before which they wanted to have a ERP workshop  for their team to identify any further requirement.

Client Wish - They wanted a system that can manage multi-currencies billing, foreign exchange profit and loss, Multi-currency invoicing, purchase & sales return, complimentary copies tracking. The wanted reporting author-wise, publisher-wise, fiction & non-fiction-wise reporting of sales, inventory. POS billing & Payroll was also important ask. Currently, was using FACT for their system.

The products had been targeted for school student and corporate executives. The focus had been in manufacturing of drawing books, notebooks for school children in attractive and innovative designs as well as at a premium range of notebooks, notepads  for working executives. All the products are use of high premium quality paper. The company currently operating more than 8+ branches across India.

Client Wish - They wanted a product with proven solution, which can be easily configured and their team can use without any difficulty. Their five product groups are Control Valves, Combustion Monitoring, Condition Monitoring, Level Instruments, Equipment & Spares which support core industries in India.

Industry / Domain - Discrete Manufacturing, Assembling & Exports.

Client Wish - Initially, Hi-Tech had a Tally license in their organization. They had started evaluating various other ERP to automate their systems, processes, sales, manufacturing, excise etc. during their evaluation period they had identified few ERP products and planned for pilot run. The pilot run did not meet the desired management expectation. They had contacted Tally Solutions who in turned contacted Silicon Systems to implement the basic Tally functionality for their organization.

Firstly, Silicon team renewed the Tally.ERP 9 license. Next, Silicon Systems conducted a No-Cost-obligation Tally workshop for entire Hi-Tech team of 20-25 members. The outcome of the workshop led to identification of important business functions for implementation. These functions were discussed with the Hi-Tech team before the project kicked-off. Finally, Tally.ERP 9 had been configured and got rolled-out systematically across the departments, factories and coupled with intensive training to Hi-Tech team made the project a mega success. Backdrop of the Project -  Pal Hardware and Engineering is a manufacturing house. they primarily manufactures PVC Pipes & Tube wells.They have 2 factories and 1 HO to operate. PVC Pipes Manufacturing is a process manufacturing. They have number of production stages before the final Pipe is produced.

Client Wish - They wanted a proven solution, which can be easily configured and their team can use it without any difficulty. The system should be able to handle various stages of production, and also capable to handle Raw Material, Semi-finished goods, Scrap (reuse) and  scrap sale, Finished goods inventory. Besides, manufacturing they also wanted the Govt. Statutory (VAT, TDS), Payroll to be the part of the implemented system.

Silicon Systems Solutions -Team from Silicon Systems analysed their business requirements in details, started the delivery process focusing on client wishes on Tally.ERP 9. The implementation primarily handled stages of production, WIP Stage (which can sold directly or can be used in next level for finished goods processing), Identification of Semi-finished goods inventory which are bad stock are further processed to generate to be used as raw material for future production and part of the semi-finished goods (bad stock) to be used as scrap for sale. Client Wish -  Being a Manufacturer cum Distributor, they wanted a system that can manage their various inventory, which can be easily configured and their team can use without any difficulty. This should handle the entire operation like Production & Inventory management, Sales & Purchase process, Accounts etc. Also they wanted to manage their franchises & own stores through a single application which is capable to generate POS billing and generate combine report from HO (Head Office).
